Alma Services is a boutique Alojamento Local property management operation based in Porto, Portugal (Reg. 100750/AL), managed by Isa & Guille. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
We don't run tracking forms on this site. When you contact us directly — by WhatsApp, email, or Airbnb messaging — we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and details about your property or stay.
Cookies & third-party services
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts' servers, which may process your IP address as part of that request.
- Embedded map (Location page) — loads a Google Maps iframe, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp — messages sent via our WhatsApp button are handled under WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
