We manage the full guest relationship — check-in issues, incident reports, and coordinating repairs — and keep you informed throughout, not after the fact.
Is my property covered for Alojamento Local licensing?
We operate under our own AL registration (Nº 100750/AL) and can walk you through what your property needs to be fully compliant in Porto.
Do you only manage full properties, or also just cleaning?
Both. If you already self-manage and just need reliable turnover cleaning, our per-rotation rates above apply directly — no need for a full management contract.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly transfers with a transparent breakdown of bookings, expenses and net income — no surprises at the end of the month.
